Dr. Scherr Mentioned in NY Times Op-Ed Piece, A Scare, A Scar, A Silver Lining

Nicholas D. KristofNY Times Op-Ed Columnist Nicholas D. Kristoff writes about his recent experience of accidentally discovering a tumor in his right kidney. Dr. Douglas Scherr was the surgeon who successfully performed the surgery to remove the tumor.

Kristoff also shares his tips on minimizing the risk of cancer, such as not smoking, avoiding charred meets, and miscrowaving food in glass rather than plastic.
